Rhubarb!

Thank you John & Tesa for letting us pick rhubarb while you are away and Beth for inviting me!
 There is a ton of rhubarb in my freezer now:
 And some for muffins:


Some is still in my fridge...I think I might make rhubarb strawberry coffee cake...or maybe rhubarb crisp...or rhubarb cake..or or or...hmm what else?
